Cuxhaven-based startup Dr. Mannah’s develops and manufactures innovative plant-based alternatives to cheese and milk in their Cuxhaven factory. They only use natural raw materials in organic quality. With “Cashewsan” they developed a real power pack, full of minerals, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. There is no room for flavor enhancers, colorings or animal ingredients. Their products are naturally lactose, soy and gluten free. Dr. Mannah’s vegan “Cashewsan” now comes in an home and garden compostable packaging from rePAQ, a German specialist for plastic-free and 100% circular zero-waste packaging solutions.
